I want my darkest and longest lasting tan. Which products do you recommend?
The Fox Tan definitely recommends starting your tanning regime with their Rapid Elixir. This is your real melanin builder which is VITAL for the tanning process. If you love a bronzed glowy face then add in the Rapid Face Tanner, which has been specially designed for the face. It’s their all-in-one formula that has been designed to use pre and during UV exposure. When exposed to UV The Fox Tan recommends using either their Rapid Mist, Rapid Watermelon Shimmer, Rapid Caramel Kiss, Rapid Candy Oil, Rapid Accelerator, Rapid Bronzing Balm or Rapid Banana Whip. These will ignite your tan when in the sun or sunbed. Next, to keep your tan game going strong use either our Sun Tan Sealer or Hydrating Body Spray or both!
I’m really pale and struggle to tan. Will your products work for me?

Does The Fox Tan contain sunscreen?
No. The Fox Tan products do not contain SPF and are not a sunscreen. Please use this product responsibly and in conjunction with a high protective sunscreen, which is essential when spending time outdoors. The Fox Tan do not promote excessive direct UV exposure and they recommend the use of this product with sun smart options. We best recommend that you always apply your Fox Tan prior to SPF application.
What about the nasties?
No nasties here babe. We do not use Parabens or Palm Oil in our formula, so you’re in the clear to use all over! Product ingredients are easily found on our Products Page.
Can I use your products on my face?
Yes, The Fox Tan can be used on your face. They recommend their Rapid Face Tanner as this has been specially formulated for the face! Please use with caution if using another Fox Tan product as some are oil based, and when mixed with hot sweaty skin may not react well with certain skin types. Please avoid contact with eyes.
What if I have allergies?
We recommend a small patch test 24 hours before applying The Fox Tan for the first time. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Check out the

Can I use these products in a sunbed?
You sure can. The Fox Tan best recommends applying your Fox Tan accelerator first and letting it settle into your skin. You can now apply your desired SPF. Keep in mind sunscreen may make the tanning process a little slower however prevent you from burning. Reapply your SPF and Fox Tan accelerator as necessary.
Can I use your products if I have a nut allergy?
Nut allergy..? No worries! You can use the Rapid Banana Whip, Rapid Face Tanner and Hydrating Body Spray. Unfortunately, the Rapid Elixir, Rapid Mist, Suntan Sealer, Rapid Caramel Kiss, Rapid Watermelon Shimmer, Rapid Candy Oil, Rapid Accelerator & Rapid Bronzing Balm all contain sweet almond oil, so if you have a nut allergy we do not recommend the use of these products.
Are these products vegan friendly?
Oh yes! They Fox Tan have no trace of animal products in their range, and we like it like that!
Is The Fox Tan tested on animals?
No way José! The Fox Tan are 100% against testing on our furry friends!

I'm confused by which what product to buy. What will make me darkest?
To reach your ultimate tanning potential The Fox Tan recommends using the Rapid Elixir as directed, followed by the Rapid Mist, Watermelon Shimmer, Caramel Kiss, Rapid Accelerator, Candy Oil*, Bronzing Balm* or Banana Whip when in the sun or sunbed. Using both products means you’ll gain MAX dosage of the exclusive ingredient FoxComplex® meaning your deepest darkest result! *These products cannot be used in Sunbeds as they are jam-packed full of oils.
Do I only need the Rapid Face Tanner for my face?
Yes! The Fox Tan’s Rapid Face Tanner has been formulated to be their all-in-one face product. Meaning you use this in the preparation phase – apply daily 3-5 days PRIOR to sun or sunbed exposure and then you also use it whilst having fun in the sun or relaxing in a sunbed. This one product does it all. Add in extra dewy skin with our Hydrating Body Spray. It doubles as a make-up setter and facial mist.
Could the Rapid Face Tanner product make me breakout?
The Fox Tan’s Rapid Face Tanner formula has been specially formulated for facial skin. It’s super lightweight, yet fast absorbing formula leaves no oily residue on your skin. They’ve included Hyaluronic Acid which can bind up to 1000 times its weight in water! In other words, it functions as a humectant and holds water molecules onto the surface of your skin to keep it nice and hydrated. However as everyone and each skin type is different, we best recommend doing a small patch test first.
